Days like today i turn into the 26 year old that i’m supposed to be. I put on my big girl panties, blush, and layers of scented goodness just to make people treat me like i know what’s up. I understand that it can be intimidating, but you have no idea how good it makes me feel. Days like today i don’t need other people to make me happy, because i can make myself believe i’m close to the top of the world. In all honesty, i’m the same person, but i’m putting on a show. Days like today, i’m a grown up.
